Monster Garlic Burger

Let's face it, most people dump seasonings all over hamburger to get some flavor.  Garlic salt, pepper, Cajun spice, Worcestershire sauce, and any number of other things to make ground beef taste interesting.  We think you'll never have to use your witch's brew of spices again once you've tried our Monster Garlic Seasoning.  A delightful blend of garlic, onion, and spices that enhances the beef flavor of your hamburger without overpowering.

If you're a pre-formed patty buyer, you can sprinkle on the seasoning to both sides of the meat while you're waiting for the grill to heat up.  For this recipe, making the burgers from scratch, you'll want 1 tablespoon of SkippyP's Monster Garlic Seasoning per pound of meat. 


 

Add the seasoning to the meat and mix thoroughly.  Ideally this would be done at least 2 hours before cooking, and overnight is better.  If refrigerating overnight, mix once more before forming patties.

There is something enchanting about a crisp winter's eve, the inviting sizzle of a hot grill, and the smell of garlic burgers in the air.  This is where the magic happens!

So just how much garlic is too much garlic?  That's one for the ages.  If you're a purist and love the flavor of a beefy hamburger, then this recipe is just fine.  But if you like a more intense flavor, add a dash of SkippyP's Monster Garlic Seasoning just prior to removing from the grill.  If you used pre-formed burger patties, this last dash is a must!
