Chicken Soft Tacos

For this recipe you need 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken.  We've used thighs in this recipe but breasts work just as well.  You'll also need SkippyP's Monster Garlic seasoning, flour tortillas (you can use corn if you like crunchy tacos), and your favorite taco toppings including SkippyP's Original Salsa


 

Once the charcoal has ashed over and your grill is hot, add the chicken and season liberally with Monster Garlic seasoning.  For a more intense garlic flavor season the chicken an hour before you're ready to cook- combine the chicken and seasoning in a zip top bag and keep in the refrigerator.

Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool somewhat and then shred or chop into pieces.

Serve with flour tortillas and your favorite taco fixins.  Top each taco with SkippyP's Original Salsa or try our Guacamole recipe.
