Basic Vinegar BBQ Sauce |

HOT BBQ Sauce
|
Combine 1 cup SkippyP's BBQ sauce with
1/4 cup cider vinegar and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Simmer
on medium low heat until combined. Serve warm.(to BBQ Shopping) |

Hot & Peppery Vinegar BBQ Sauce |

Dice 2 or 3 jalapeno
slices. Combine diced peppers with 1 cup SkippyP's BBQ sauce
and 2 Tbsp liquid from SkippyP's Bread & Butter Jalapeños and 2
Tbsp cider vinegar. Simmer
on medium low heat until combined. Serve warm.
For even more flavor replace the cider vinegar with an equal amount of Bread & Butter
Jalapeño liquid. More diced pepper slices will raise the heat

Fired Up Tartar Sauce |

Measure 1/4 cup SkippyP's
Fire Relish. Drain excess liquid back into jar. Finely
dice 2 slices of SkippyP's Bread & Butter Jalapeños and add to
drained Fire Relish. Combine with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp
fresh lemon juice. Catfish will never be the same!(to BBQ Shopping) |

Taco Dip |

In a 9x9 non-reactive pan spread a 16oz
can of refried beans. Spread 8oz sour cream over the bean
layer evenly coating. Pour 1 jar of SkippyP's Original Salsa
over the sour cream. Top with 4oz pepper jack or other Mexican
blend cheese. Garnish by sprinkling with diced green onion.
Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
For a hotter dip, dice several SkippyP's Bread & Butter Jalapeno slices and add to salsa layer.

Garlicky Honey Maple BBQ |

Reduce1 cup SkippyP's
Honey Maple BBQ Glaze on medium low heat until reduced by about
half. Thinly slice 5 cloves of garlic and quickly brown in
olive oil with a pinch of salt. Add sautéed garlic and any
residual oil to reduced glaze and continue to reduce until sauce
heavily coats the back of a spoon. Drizzle over pulled pork,
chicken, or even a breakfast taco.(to BBQ Shopping) |
