SkippyP's Fire Relish blends fresh cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers into a traditional sweet pickle relish.  We then add hot peppers and fresh spices to 'warm up' the flavor.  That's why we call our Fire Relish a "Sweet pickle relish with a Kick!"
