We've taken BBQ catering to the next level. First we offered new, lighter fare to our standard menu. Then we kicked up breakfast with our BBQ Kolaches and MiniLoaf. See the promotional video!
Now we'd like to introduce our How To Video archive set to go online Spring 2007. Whether it's how to apply a BBQ rub, how to determine food doneness, or the correct way to slice meat for serving, SkippyP's wants you to enjoy every meal just as if we had served it. That's also why we've beefed up our Recipes page with more pictures and step-by-step instructions for our own recipes and ones submitted by you. Check back often for updates and new additions!
Finally, we have rounded out our product line with a full selection of sauces, seasonings, and condiments. Every item we offer for sale is the same as what we use in our own catering kitchen. We reduce salt whenever possible, are always adding sugar-free items, and we never use MSG.

And since this is Texas and great meat is never hidden behind heavy sauce, SkippyP's BBQ Sauces are a remarkable match with nearly any BBQ- and great on hamburgers, too! Also in our BBQ lineup are two more great BBQ condiments from SkippyP's BBQ Catering. Our Honey Maple BBQ Glaze combines the great Texas flavor of our Original BBQ sauce with real Texas honey and a wonderful maple essence. SkippyP's Fire Relish starts as a sweet pickle relish, but to make it a true Texas size taste we added the perfect blend of peppers to give it a Kick! All of SkippyP's products are available for purchase individually, or in our beautifully packaged BBQ Gift Baskets and our popular house and apartment warming gifts.
And don't forget the spice. You can purchase the same great BBQ rubs we use on our catering kitchens (Original, Sugar Free, and Shaker Blend). Plus we've added our Monster Garlic seasoning- great on steaks and burgers, and our Creole Country Season All for your shrimp, fish, and pork chops.
Lastly, you may notice that we use "BBQ Catering" and "BBQ and Catering" interchangeably throughout the site. We are first a caterer, but we are aspiring to have a Texas style BBQ restaurant.
